Dr. Snell is a highly esteemed professor of philosophy at Eastern University and is also the director of the Agora Institute of Virtue and the Common Good.
In this lecture given on Monday, March 11, 2013, Dr. Snell explored the thought of two great philosophers, Thomas Aquinas and Thomas Hobbes and discussed the remarkably different ways that each conceives of the foundations of law - for example, who creates law- the State or God? and is there such a thing as an unjust law?
